A former OSHA inspector and an enterprise technology architect, building safety programs that hold up.
David Lawrence spent ten years as an OSHA Compliance Safety and Health Officer, conducting inspections across the country. Year after year, he watched the same thing: companies with genuine safety programs — real training, real site walks, real enforcement — that couldn't prove any of it when it mattered. Good companies with bad records, paying for the difference.
The problem wasn't effort, and it wasn't knowledge hidden in some vault — the way forward is described in OSHA's own framework. The problem was that nobody had ever built the system that turns a real safety program into a provable one. The people who understand what an investigation examines don't build software; the people who build software have never conducted an investigation.
Due Diligence Safety and Health exists because those two finally ended up in the same company.

Our Mission
We don't sell training software, and we don't sell inspection tools. We build the record that lets companies who genuinely do the work prove it — to an inspector, a general contractor, an insurer, or a court.
